He kind of has that bishie quality and perfect guy kind of feel, but I love his protectiveness of Hikari (damn that lucky girl.) Don't even mention his amazing hair. *-*

9: Kiryuu Zero (from "Vampire Knight")~
First of all, let me express my disdain toward Kaname. Geez, he is a HORRIBLE character. I shun him and all his fans (kidding. Kind of.) Sure, Zero might get a little emo sometimes, but that's the best part! (after his silver hair) Kaname is just plain.. ugh. No words can describe how much I hate him. D8
MOVING ON. I should have put Zero higher up the list, but I remembered him at the last second and stuck him in. >3> SORRY ZERO, I STILL LOVE YOU, MARRY MEEEE!

8: L Lawliet (from "Death Note")~
He. Is. Fricken. Damn. Adorable. I nearly peed myself in excitement when I saw all those nekoboy images of him on Zerochan. His love for sweets, his incredible mind, his strange but intriguing habits-- who could NOT love L?

7. Kamui Gakupo (a Vocaloid)~
Long, purple hair. Mmm. Plus Gackt's voice? OMFG, CATCH ME WHEN I FAINT. Anyway, I loved him in "The Madness of Duke Venomania," though he's supposedly a womanizer and seduces women for sex. And is killed by Kaito at the end (D,8).

6. Ichijou Takuma (from "Vampire Knight")~
Essentially the only happy and smiley vampire in "Vampire Knight," Ichijou is awesome because he stands out and is HAPPY. >3> The only thing I'm not too fond of is his blond hair. xD And that he's a follower of Kaname. But otherwise, he's my favourite vampire. In the world.

5. Hiyama Kiyoteru (Vocaloid)~
A singing teacher with glasses. Mmm, not good for my megane fetish. I'm not too familiar with his songs (I don't really like his voice, to be honest), but I love his character design.

4. Hibari Kyouya (from "Katekyo Hitman Reborn!")~
Five words: "I'LL BITE YOU TO DEATH!" I absolutely love this dude. Badass personality, epic bod-- I mean, face. What more can you ask for?

The under appreciated megane bishie from Ouran High. ;-; I love him. I squeal every time he says something in the anime. xD

2. Gary (motherfu-- *shot*) Oak/Blue/Green (from "Pokemon")~
It's ridiculous how much I love this guy. I had a hard time deciding between first and second place for him. He's just so much better than Ash. ;O Plus, he is fer-reaking hot. Yumm.

1. Lelouch vi Britannia/Lamperouge (from "Code Geass")
From the very first episode, I fell head over heels for this guy. Though he appears to not be really interested in girls throughout the series (he didn't seem to have any reaction when CC or Kallen kissed him, goddammit.) he's very much the king bishie in my book. He's a mastermind (though he kind of grew insane halfway through R2), he's ridiculously hot, he's caring for his sister. I mean, he's not perfect. He's.. not athletic, he grew quite instable after a while, and he killed like, a million people, but that's what makes him realistic. Ish.
